Find alternative, there's plenty out there!

Stress is always there, what we need is how to manage the stress and do activity to reduce the effect. It is recommended that we find some “escapes” and the most make sense one is to explore our hobby! Hobby is doing something we like, not for a short term but for a longer period of time. It can be any activities, from fishing, traveling and online gaming such as war games, or even play online
