Rihanna cukup membawa pulang piala Best Dance Recording. Begitu juga dengan Michael Buble dengan piala Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album.

Bruno Mars mendapatkan piala Best Male Pop Vocal Performance sementara John Legend & The Roots berhasil mengantongi dua piala masing-masing untuk Best R&B Song dan Best R&B Album.

Acara Grammy Awards ke-53 digelar di Staples Center, Los Angeles, Minggu (13/2/2011) waktu setempat. Para peraih nominasi juga ikut memeriahkan acara tersebut dengan penampilannya.
