What would you do if you have sleeping trouble?

Everyone ever have some trouble sleeping. And some get worse when they need more and more time to spend lying in bed before fall asleep. It becomes more terrible if you then wake again after only a few hours. Morning hasn’t come yet, try as you might but sleep does not return. Even if you sleep through to daylight, it can still be way too early to get up.Poor sleep quality can occur as a result
