OH SNAP!!! Girl, 9, to abort twins

A NINE-year-old girl pregnant after years of alleged sexual abuse by her stepfather is likely to abort twins she is carrying in a case that has shocked Brazil, reports in Sao Paulo said.

The Brazilian girl, who was not identified because she is a minor, was found to be four months pregnant after being taken to hospital suffering stomach pains, the news websites G1, pe360graus and the Diario de Pernambuco reported.

She was being cared for by a medical and psychological team in the Maternal-Child Institude in the northern city of Recife, close to her hometown of Alagoinha in Pernambuco state, they said.

"We don't know if she will develop the pregnancy up to the end because of the structure of her body. It is a big risk for her,'' the doctor who confirmed her pregnancy before she was taken to the institute, Jose Severiano Cavalcanti, told the Diario de Pernambuco.

"She doesn't have a pelvis able to support a gestation of twins,'' he said.

Abortion is illegal in Brazil except in cases of rape or if the woman's health is in danger.

The institute in Recife was unable to immediately confirm information about the case.

According to police accounts reported in the media, the 23-year-old stepfather was believed to have abused the girl since she was aged six, paying her one Brazilian real (about 77 Australian cents) for each sexual relation.

He also allegedly abused the girl's physically handicapped 14-year-old sister.

He was arrested on Thursday as he attempted to flee to another region in Brazil, and was being kept in protective custody.

BREZZY!! STILL TRIPPING!!!

Chris Brown was seen throwing “fake” punches at this little giddy trollop’s grill while on his wife-beating getaway in Miami - with Rihanna. Apparently, this cat thinks viciously attacking women is a laughing matter. We’d like to see what would be left of him if he picked on a dude his own size.

Chris Brown playfully appears to be throwing a left jab at his female friend after riding jetski in Miami on Sunday afternoon. and why do we never see RiRi in the photos!!

Deputy, Caught On Tape Punching, Kicking 15-Year-Old Girl

Tell us what you think!

SEATTLE-A King County sheriff's deputy kicks a 15-year-old girl, slams her to the floor of a jail cell, strikes her and pulls her hair in violence captured on videotape.

Prosecutors released the surveillance video in Friday in the assault case against Deputy Paul Schene, who is accused of using excessive force on the girl.

The footage shows the attack beginning after the girl enters the cell at suburban SeaTac City Hall and kicks off one of her shoes toward the deputy.

The incident last November began after the girl was brought in for an auto theft investigation, according to court documents.

"We believe this case is beyond just police misconduct, it's criminal misconduct," King County Prosecutor Daniel Satterberg said. "This is clearly excessive force."

Satterberg added the case is uncommon because cameras captured the entire incident.

In the video, a deputy kicks the girl, pushing her back toward the wall. The deputy then strongly backs the girl against the wall, and slams her to the floor by grabbing her hair. A second deputy enters the holding cell, while the first deputy holds the girl face down to the floor. The first deputy appears to hit the girl with his hands. The girl is then lifted up and led out of the cell while the first deputy holds her hair.

The second officer shown in the video was a trainee at the time and is not under investigation, Goodhew said.

According to court documents, the girl complained of breathing problems after the incident and medics were called to check her. A short time later, she was taken to a youth detention center and booked for investigation of auto theft and third-degree assault, the latter accusation dealing with her conduct toward the deputy. The girl has pleaded not guilty to taking a motor vehicle without permission, Goodhew said Friday, adding she was never formally charged with assault.

Schene told investigators through an e-mail conversation with his lawyer that once he was assaulted by the girl kicking her shoe at him, he entered the cell to "prevent another assault," according to court documents. Schene also said that the girl failed to comply with instructions in the holding area.

Prosecutors said Schene did not explain why he struck the girl after he had her in a holding position on the floor.

THE COOLEST PRESIDENT THATS HUMAN!!

One perk of being President? Courtside seats to see your favorite team play – even when they lose.

President Obama and Chicago pal Marty Nesbitt joined fans Friday at Washington, D.C.'s Verizon Center to cheer on their beloved Bulls, who were ultimately defeated by the Washington Wizards, 113-90.

Obama's appearance at the arena – the first by a President for an NBA match in nearly a decade – did not go without notice. His arrival delayed the tipoff by a few minutes, according to the Associated Press.

And his presence offered a challenge to the home team. As the Wizards' small forward Caron Butler told the AP: "He truly is a die-hard Bulls fan. Hopefully we can convert him a little bit."

Rihanna's Dad Says He'll Support Her Choices

What kind of father would want his daughter in this kind of situation? RIHANNA'S!!
he must not want to stop his cash flow!!

Learning that his daughter and Chris Brown have reconciled, Rihanna's father says he supports the singer in her decisions.

"Whatever road she chooses, I'm behind her," said Ronald Fenty, when reached by telephone on Barbados. Fenty took the reunion in stride Saturday, as he worked selling novelty items on a street corner in downtown Bridgetown. He says he hasn't spoken to his daughter since earlier this month, for her 21st birthday, and only found out about the reconciliation through the media.

"We are a family who stick together even though we are apart," he says.

Rihanna and Brown have been in Miami Beach together, almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the "Umbrella" singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE.

"While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves," the source says.

As for Rihanna, Fenty would only say, "She's a smart girl." When asked what he would tell Brown as a father, he demurred, "I have no comment on Chris Brown."

CHRIS BROWN ACTING LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG IN MIAMI!!

Chris Brown had a blast on a jet ski Thursday in Miami, where he's spending time with Rihanna -- the woman he allegedly beat just weeks earlier.Chris -- who looks like he's recreating the wind up leading to the punch that left Rihanna bloodied and bruised -- doesn't seem to have a care in the world.

And here's an interesting tidbit -- Rihanna is being shadowed by one of Jay Z's beefy bodyguards.

YEA WHATEVER WOMAN BEATER !!

CHRIS BROWN AND RIHANNA BACK TOGETHER!!!!!! WTF

There must not be any guidance in this poor life! even her father said that he supports any decision she makes!! umm is that the answer from a true father? or is that the talk of the same type of man that BROWN is, or he just don't want to cut off his cash flow!! anyway this whole situation is just sicking!!

The pair have reunited almost three weeks after Brown, 19, allegedly battered the "Umbrella" singer on Feb. 8, a source tells PEOPLE.

"They're together again. They care for each other," says the source. The on-again couple are currently spending time together at one of Sean "Diddy" Combs's homes, on Miami Beach's Star Island.

Adds the source: "While Chris is reflective and saddened about what happened, he is really happy to be with the woman he loves."

In its latest issue, PEOPLE reports that Brown called Rihanna on her 21st birthday one week ago. "He called to wish her happy birthday," a source told the magazine. "They've reached out to each other. It's been mutual."

Brown was booked by LAPD for making criminal threats but the case has not yet been presented to the District Attorney, who will ultimately determine which charges, if any, will be prosecuted.
